GogServ Service Provider Terms

These Service Provider Terms supplement the GogServ Terms of Use and apply whenever you create or use a provider profile. If these Provider Terms conflict with the general Terms, these Provider Terms control for provider activities.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements and authorized to act for the business represented by your provider profile.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current account, business, address, contact, service-area, and credential information.

2. Independent Service Provider

GogServ provides technology that helps customers and independent providers connect. Creating a provider profile does not make you an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative of GogServ.

You control whether to respond to a request and are responsible for evaluating the work, communicating your terms, and deciding whether to enter into an agreement with a customer.

3. Licenses, Insurance, and Compliance

You are responsible for identifying and maintaining every license, registration, permit, certification, bond, insurance policy, and qualification required for the services you offer and the locations where you work.

License information is optional to enter in the app unless GogServ or applicable law requires it, but any information you submit must be truthful, current, and capable of verification. You must promptly update expired, suspended, revoked, or otherwise inaccurate credentials.

You are responsible for applicable tax, labor, safety, consumer-protection, accessibility, privacy, environmental, and other legal obligations arising from your business or services.

4. Provider Profile and Service Areas

Your profile must accurately describe your business and services without false, misleading, copied, or unverifiable claims. Do not claim experience, awards, licensing, insurance, guarantees, affiliations, or qualifications you do not hold.

Service-area ZIP codes affect which opportunities may be shown to you. Add only areas you are genuinely prepared and legally permitted to serve, and update them when your coverage changes.

5. Customer Requests and Communications

Respond honestly and professionally. Do not pressure, harass, discriminate against, deceive, or send irrelevant or unsolicited communications to customers.

Keep customer information confidential and use it only to evaluate, arrange, and perform the relevant service or as otherwise authorized by the customer and law.

6. Scope, Pricing, Contracts, and Payment

Before work begins, you and the customer are responsible for confirming the scope, price, schedule, materials, access requirements, cancellation terms, warranties, payment method, and any written contract required by law.

Unless GogServ expressly introduces an in-app contracting or payment feature, GogServ is not a party to your service contract and does not collect, hold, guarantee, or distribute payment for your work.

7. Service Quality and Safety

Perform accepted work with reasonable care, skill, professionalism, and respect for people and property. Follow agreed terms and promptly communicate material delays, changes, hazards, damage, or inability to complete the work.

You are responsible for tools, materials, personnel, subcontractors, transportation, workplace safety, permits, inspections, cleanup, and legally required records associated with your services.

8. Reviews and Platform Integrity

Do not manipulate ratings or reviews, create false accounts, exchange compensation for misleading reviews, interfere with another provider, scrape customer data, evade platform safeguards, or use GogServ for fraud or unlawful activity.

You may respond appropriately to feedback, but you may not retaliate against, threaten, or disclose private information about a reviewer.

9. Verification and Corrective Action

GogServ may request information reasonably needed to verify identity, address, business details, service areas, licenses, or other claims. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of a provider.

GogServ may limit visibility, request corrections, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate a provider account when information appears inaccurate or unverifiable, credentials expire, safety concerns arise, or these Terms may have been violated.

10. Privacy and Contact Information

The GogServ Privacy Notice explains how provider information is collected, used, displayed, verified, and shared. Some business profile information may be visible publicly or to customers evaluating your services.

Business contact details may be disclosed according to the product flow, including after a customer accepts or selects a provider. Keep your contact information current and do not enter contact information you are not authorized to use.

11. No Guaranteed Opportunities

GogServ does not guarantee that you will receive requests, messages, offers, selections, work, revenue, ratings, or any particular ranking or visibility. Matching and availability may depend on customer activity, service type, service area, profile information, and platform operation.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Provider Terms as GogServ evolves or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version and update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required.

Questions about these Provider Terms may be sent to support@gogserv.com.
